Key Railroad Development, LLC. assisted West Central I-80 Development to develop a conceptual layout of a proposed business park located in Stuart, Iowa. The conceptual layout included 27 building sites, roadways, and a railroad lead track with four rail spurs.

CIVIL DESIGN SERVICES

• Prepared mass grading plan.
• Prepared roadway infrastructure plan including realignment of existing roadway and proposed alignment for four additional roadways.
• Developed 27 site layouts including building space and parking lots.

RAILROAD DESIGN SERVICES

• Designed industrial lead track off the Iowa Interstate Railroad mainline.
• Designed industrial spur track designs for seven of the site layouts.
• Prepared a geotechnical report of existing soil conditions.
• Provided construction services for rail infrastructure.
