Key Railroad Development, LLC. personnel provided design services for the rail service to a new manufacturing plant. The rail service consisted of an industrial rail line and passing track. The primary rail spur crossed the Pike River and skirted a wetland.

- Alternative analysis was performed to determine bridge structure over river including a planned stream widening. The multiple-span bridge was selected to maintain equal flow conditions at flood stage and to accommodate stream widening.

- Coordination and cooperation with adjoining property owners, community, and regulatory agencies was performed to successfully accomplish the required work schedule.
