Key Railroad Development, LLC. personnel are currently providing rail design expertise for a new rail-served industrial park, Park 88. Park 88 is a 460-acre industrial park which will feature a 4,600-foot mainline passing track with two industrial lead tracks totaling 10,000 track feet.

- Currently, Key Rail is providing individual site design services for prospective development clients and managing the master rail facility plan.
